bitter sweet

I realized that I have been absolutly horrible at this blog and I have no real excuse except the fact that I have been overwhelemed with my orders that have been coming in. Which in any case is a good thing for me and the business that one day will be my only job. Yet, it is bitter sweet for the fact that I have not been able to share my day by day story with you all...
I cannot always find the time to sit in front of my computer and start typing about my day full of work, then baking, since my days end late and start early. I know you must be eager to see what has kept me so busy right???

-This was Ella's first bday cake

This is beautiful Ella eating her smash cake -

This cake was so much fun to make, I did miss a softball tournament that my hunny played in, but I love my baking.

The carraige completely make
by hand with fondant.
A princess cake for Paige
2 dozen cake pops, 1/2 pumpkin
and 1/2 double chocolate!

These are chocolate Turkey pops!
SO cute and alot of fun to make!

So needless to say I have been busy busy busy in the kitchen and TRUST me I am not complaining! I love what I do and I'm sure everyone in my house does as well, they have to be my guinea pigs after all!! I also did do some candy cane cookies dipped in chocolate, and peanutbutter fudge brownies, and 2 dozen truffles.
Remember life is unpredictible to eat dessert first, cure your chocolate craving, and never turn down a piece of pie! You'll thank me one day :)
